BLAST will be held every Wednesday evening in July from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm! Please pre-register by completing and submitting the form below for each child ages 4 to grade 6. Your son or daughter will be guaranteed at least one of their top 3 choices for each night. Activities offered include but not limited to soccer, drama, painting, soap carving, cooking, and wilderness skills (see full listing below). You can also register by contacting the church office from 9 am to 3 pm (M-F) or Walk-ins Welcome any Wednesday evening.

NOTE: Please submit separate form for each child. Pick from choices above ONLY for the nights your child will be attending. If there are any nights your son or daughter will not be attending please leave corresponding space blank. Children ages 4 to Kindergarten will be offered a pre-determined activity each evening (listed above). We plan to give out a BLAST T-shirt to every child on the first night they come and are asking (if able) for a $5 donation per shirt to help cover cost.
